Pay for Tutoring with Georgia Promise Funds
Georgia’s new Georgia Scholarship program is a school voucher program that provides eligible families with up to $6,500 per student annually to cover educational expenses, including private school tution, homeschool expenses and tutoring.
In-Home Tutors offers both homeschooling support and traditional tutoring. We can assist in selecting a curriculum and arrange for certified teachers to come to your home during the school day. For additional enrichment after school, experienced tutors for reading, math and science are also available.
How to Apply for the Georgia Promise Scholarship
- Visit the Georgia Promise Scholarship Website
- Check Your Eligibility: Ensure your family meets the program’s requirements.
- Prepare to Apply: Gather required documentation, including proof of enrollment or eligibility.
- Submit Your Scholarship Application: Applications must be submitted June 1-30, 2025. If you miss that window, you may apply September 1-30 or December 1, 2025-January 31, 2025.

If you wish to use your Georgia Promise scholarship for homeschool support or tutoring, call us. We will identify a good teacher who can come to your home and is certified to teach the subjects you want. We will bill Georgia Promise directly.

Our goal is to serve Georgia Promise families wherever they live. We have already registered several teachers certified to teach reading, math and science for various grade levels. If you do not see a tutor listed for your area, still call us and we will find one for you and submit them for approval to Georgia Promise. We serve Cobb, Cherokee, Clayton, Forsyth, Fulton, Henry and Gwinnett Counties.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule, whether you need tutoring in the morning, afternoon, late into the evening, or on the weekend. Although we recommend that you establish a regular weekly schedule, we can usually work around shifting sports dates or work commitments. Coordinate changes directly with your tutor.
